Room or Patio
- Room 210: $125/hour
- Patio: $150/hour
Gym Rental
- Recreational Events: $325.00 per hour
- Events charging Admission: $325.00 per hour
- Chair Rental: (maximum 200) $1.50 per chair
- Practice: $200.00 per hour
- Security: $25.00 an hour/per person
- Time Clock: $25.00 per hour/per person (two persons required)
Custodial Fee for all Events
- Set-up Fee (first 2 Hours): $100.00
- Additional Hours: $30.00 per hour
- Clean-Up: $275.00
Please Note: All events require a 25% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit to secure the date. Events booked two (2) weeks prior to the requested date require a NON-REFUNDABLE full payment. Full payment is DUE one month prior to the event. The event is not confirmed until FULL payment is received.
ALL EVENTS ARE SUBJECT TO CANCELLATION AT THE DISCRETION OF THE RECREATION MANAGER!
As per NYC Executive Order 225, effective 8/16/2021, all indoor venues will require all spectators and staff to show approved proof of vaccination prior to entering the venue (CDC vaccination card, Key NYC Pass, or NYS Excelsior Pass)
