Housing lottery opens for 7-story mixed-use building in Corona, applicants required to qualify for Section 8

New York City has launched a housing lottery for nine units in a 7-story mixed-use building at Elmcor Permanent Supportive Residences, located at 104-10 Northern Blvd. in Corona.

The building has a total of 30 residences, with 21 of them being market-rate. Monica Lopez Architect designed the structure, while Elmcor Youth and Adult Activities developed it. One of the affordable units is meant for those earning 40% of the area median income, while the remaining eight are for those earning 60% of the area median income.
