Housing Lottery Launches for Elmcor Permanent Supportive Residences in Corona, Queens

The affordable housing lottery has launched for Elmcor Permanent Supportive Residences, a seven-story mixed-use building at 104-10 Northern Boulevard in Corona, Queens. Designed by Monica Lopez Architect and developed by Elmcor Youth & Adult Activities, the structure yields 30 residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are nine units for residents at 40 to 60 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $0 to $74,580.
