Felipe De Los Santos is Elmcor’s Chief Operating Officer. Felipe is an attorney and seasoned executive with deep experience leading compliance, privacy, and innovation across large nonprofit organizations. Throughout his career, he has strengthened governance structures, enhanced regulatory oversight, and leveraged technology to modernize operations — ensuring organizations are both mission-driven and operationally sound.
Prior to joining Elmcor, Felipe served as Chief Compliance and Innovation Officer at BHRAGS Home Care, Inc., and as Chief Compliance Officer at Project Renewal. He also played a key leadership role at the Acacia Network, implementing enterprise-wide compliance programs spanning behavioral health, housing, and workforce development services. His work reflects a commitment to integrity, accountability, and building systems that support long-term sustainability.
A New York-admitted attorney, Felipe earned his Juris Doctor with a concentration in Health Law from Seton Hall University. He is dual-certified in Corporate Compliance (CCEP) and Healthcare Privacy (CHPC), bringing a strong focus on ethics, cybersecurity, and regulatory excellence to every level of the organization.
