Lianna Lee, LCSW, Chief Program Officer at Elmcor, brings over 40 years of experience in Human Services and Substance Use Disorders. Reporting to the CEO, she assists in aligning Elmcor’s strategic vision with its programs and services. Lianna is instrumental in enhancing program effectiveness, securing sustainable funding, and fostering external partnerships.
Prior to this role, Lianna significantly contributed to program strategy and leadership, focusing on providing services for people living with Substance Use Disorders. She supervises the Vice Presidents of Program Departments, ensuring team management and staff development align with Elmcor’s mission. Lianna also served as an adjunct professor at CUNY-York for several years.
Lianna holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from Fordham University. Lianna’s expertise spans program development, management, and strategic planning. Her effective communication skills and collaborative approach support Elmcor’s organizational goals and community impact. In 2023, in recognition of Lianna’s achievements and commitment to Elmcor, the organization named an award, “The Lianna Lee Lifetime Achievement Award” after her to recognize her and others who have had an indelible impact in the profession serving the community.
